Your firm’s data — client records, documents, transcripts, whatever the engagement touches — stays in your systems. It is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s. We’ll walk your IT and compliance teams through exactly how every byte flows before we build anything, and we’ll meet whatever confidentiality obligations your profession puts on you.
The documented workflow we produce during the engagement is yours. If you end the engagement and want to keep running the new way of working without us, you can. We’ll hand over the documentation, the configurations, and the knowledge transfer to make that real. We won’t make you dependent on Gensync to keep it going.
Everything the system does on your behalf is logged, inspectable, and yours. You see what the AI touched, when, and why. That matters for your own quality control, for peer review, and for any time a regulator or client asks you to show your work.
We’re accountable for the isolation, the flow, and the controls — not just on day one but for the life of the engagement. If something about the data architecture changes, you hear it from us first, in plain language, with time to weigh in.
If the system we built doesn’t do what we said it would, that’s on us to fix. We don’t hide behind “the model got it wrong.” We chose the model, we designed the workflow, we’re responsible for the result behaving the way we told you it would.
We’ll push back when we think you’re about to make a bad call. We’ll say no to scope we don’t think we can deliver well. If a fifteen-thousand-dollar engagement solves the problem, we won’t pitch you a two-hundred-thousand-dollar one.

Most conversations start with a thirty-minute call. We’ll talk about the work your team does over and over, what the current process looks like, and whether the way we deliver maps to how your firm actually makes decisions. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so.
